Okay I know what you’re thinking; avocado rightfully b e l o n g s to be smashed (Smashed avo: new lingo which is basically just another term for spreading but these new foodies like to make it sound extreme and all) on toast with a little salt little pepper. But hey this little choca mocha mousse dip tastes like it definitely belongs with these cherries.
2 ripe avocados
2 T honey
2 T cocoa or cacao or carob powder
2 t Inka (coffee substitute)
Blend all of the following in a food processor till smooth. Chill. Dust with a little cocoa powder. Enjoy!
